Meditation is a formal practice of mindfulness, that has both physical and mental health benefits. Meditation is a simple and effective practice to improve your health and reduce stress, anxiety immediately and improve your overall wellbeing.
Meditation can be done anywhere, and for short or long periods of time.

My search came to an end when I met Master Pradeep. Not knowing anything about him yet it took me just few seconds to connect with him on our first short interaction on the airport of Ladhak. My conscious told me to get connected with him and be fellow walker; little did I know that he will be the Halogen bulb to what I am seeking. I am very happy and convinced with him on the science of meditation.
Today I proudly stand in his team and fallowing his instructions and insights to evolve a better myself.
